GROWTH HABIT: Annual, reproduces by seed, 6 to 12 feet tall.
LEAVES: narrow, somewhat blunt-tipped.
STEMS:
FLOWER: numerous, very small, blue to nearly white.
ROOTS:
SEEDS: Produces an abundant supply of seed from mid-summer to fall. Seed is about 1/8 inch in size, and spread by clinging to animals and clothing.
