Bordeaux Mixture Fungicide Preparation

Bordeaux mixture was the first truly effective chemical mixture developed for controlling plant diseases, and today it is the most widely used cooper fungicide in the world. It is used primarily to control plant diseases caused by fungi, but it also effectively manages some bacterial diseases and repels some insect pests.

This bulletin includes information on Bordeaux formulas, what they can be used to control, and how to prepare them.
