Hunting in Wyoming is more than just a popular sport. It also leads to larders full of antelope, deer, elk, and even buffalo meat. There’s no doubt that many folks enjoy eating game meat, but what type of nutrients are they receiving in the process?

Nutritional Content of Game Meat provides hunters and lovers of game meat with information about its nutritional benefits, particularly when compared to that of range-grazed and grain-fed beef. The publication considers calories, proteins, fat, cholesterol, and various classes of fatty acids.
