4-H
youth educator joins Hot Springs Cooperative Extension Service office
Maaret McCauley has joined the Hot Springs County University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service (UW CES) office as 4-H youth educator.
McCauley started Oct. 2, said Susan James, UW CES federal relations and staff development coordinator.
“We are excited to have Maaret join the extension team in Hot Springs County,” said James. “The Hot Springs County 4-H program is growing, and the position has increased from part- to full-time.”
McCauley graduated from the University of Wyoming in August with a bachelor’s degree in family and consumer sciences. Originally from Aberdeen, Wash., McCauley completed a 4-H internship in 2006 in Carbon County.
“Maaret’s enthusiasm and experience working with youths will be an asset to the 4-H youth program,” said James.
