UW nutrition program educator joins Platte County office

            Jacque Petroski has joined the Platte County University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service office as a Cent$ible Nutrition Program (CNP) nutrition educator.

             CNP teaches people to eat more sensibly on a budget. 

            Petroski worked for the state of Wyoming the past nine years and moved to Wheatland in June. She received a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Wyoming in 1997.

            “I accepted the position for a chance to work hands-on with people and give them the opportunity to better their lives and the lives of their families,” Petroski said.
